Guildford - Spaces (Austen House)

Welcome to Ascenti Physio Guildford

Our physiotherapy clinic in Guildford is based in the Spaces office block on Station View Road. 

We offer a range of physiotherapy services including injury rehabilitation, sports physiotherapy, post-op care, pelvic health and pregnancy physio, home-working health checks, and online appointments. Our expert physios can support you with common conditions including back and neck pain, recovery from injury, preventative techniques, and the management of long-term conditions.

Finding our clinic

Our Guildford clinic is situated in Unit G05 of Austen House, a large Spaces office and co-working centre on Station View Road, next to Jewson Guildford.

It's conveniently located with Guildford train station only five minutes away on foot, and bus stops on Farnham Road around a ten-minute walk away.

Spaces is part of a new series of developments so if you're using a SatNav it may have trouble finding the right location. Make sure you head down Station View Road to find the entrance, rather than Walnut Tree Close. Spaces is the second building down from reception. 

Once you've arrived, please wait outside the main entrance doors until your therapist collects you for your appointment.

If you’ve not visited us before, we recommend arriving about five minutes before your appointment start time in case you have any issues finding us.

Parking and other info

There is no parking available for patients in the Spaces car park. Please don't park in any of the spaces as you will be issued with a parking ticket. 

Contactless mobile payment parking is available in the Station View car park up the road from Spaces which is flat fee of £5.50. Alternatively pay and display parking is available at Bedford Road multi-storey car park (GU1 4PX) and Mary Road car park (GU1 4QU) which are both within walking distance.

There is disabled access into the building and our treatment room. One disabled parking space is available for patients in the Spaces car park, please only use the designated disabled space and not any of the other spaces as you will be issued with a fine.
