As part of this plan we are monitoring the situation daily, upholding best practice and the latest guidance issued by Public Health England.
We are also driving proactive measures to protect our employees, patients and partners, whilst minimising service disruption and helping our patients to stay on track with important treatment programmes.
Please do not attend your appointment or enter any of our clinics if:
- you are part of a household who is self-isolating OR
- you have a high temperature – you feel hot to touch on your chest or back
- you have a new continuous cough – this means you've started coughing repeatedly
Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital and follow the latest guidance on the NHS coronavirus webpage about self-isolating and how to access additional support through their 111 service if needed.
Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss holding your physiotherapy appointment over the phone or using our video-call technology if you feel well enough to do so. It’s important that we keep your treatment plan on track to help you manage your condition and recovery if we can.
Once self-isolation is complete then you can attend your in-clinic appointments again. To find out when you can end your self-isolation please refer to the latest government guidance about self-isolation.
