We have a dynamic and energetic workforce of 800 employees, with 500 talented Ascenti clinicians including physiotherapists, mental health therapists and healthcare assessors. 

We are the largest employer of physiotherapists outside of the NHS and major hospital groups. Ascenti physiotherapists are our own employees (not independent contractors) and every physio receives a minimum of 100 hours of protected training and CPD time annually. 

This helps us to maintain consistently high standards and keeps us on the cutting edge of the latest technologies and treatments. 

Our in-house call centre, governance team and progressive business support functions work from our Fareham and Bristol hubs, striving for excellence across all elements of our customer experience.

Together, these teams deliver consistently high standards and enhanced clinical outcomes, alongside improved agility and efficiencies for our business clients.
