Appointed as our CEO in June 2024, Ian is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Ascenti Group, including Ascenti Physio, Advo, Six Physio and My Online Therapy, ensuring we continue to enhance our services and workplace for the benefit of our patients and people, and driving further growth.

He has extensive experience of driving transformational change and growth across multiple industry sectors, cultures, and countries, having previously worked in senior strategic roles at Cognita, Centrica, IKEA and Accenture.

Ian holds an MPhil in Political Theory from the University of Oxford, and a degree in Modern History and Political Science from the University of Birmingham.

Kevin takes particular responsibility for managing client relationships and new growth opportunities, having previously led our clinical network and national expansion. 

He qualified as a physiotherapist in 2006 and began his career at Birmingham City Football Club, before becoming a founding member of a successful private physiotherapy business, later acquired by Ascenti in 2010.

Kevin’s experience in elite sports has been instrumental to embedding our results-focused clinical philosophy.

Dan takes responsibility for our Clinical Operations and Customer Services Teams as well as optimising the end-to-end experience of both our patients and partners.

Having previously worked in a variety of management positions within a service delivery environment, he brings expansive technical knowledge and a deep understanding of workflow systems.

Dan has played a leading role in the development of our administrative services and the operational design of our systems, greatly enhancing our overall customer experience.

Adam leads our Government Services division, taking responsibility for our operational teams, learning and development and performance functions, and national networks of healthcare professionals.

He has played an instrumental role in our expansion and the development of our presence within the Government Services sector, bringing a strong foundation of clinical knowledge and astute project management to our operations. 

Adam originally joined the business as a physiotherapist and holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Birmingham.

Chief People & Communications Officer

Sophie leads our People and Communications Teams, overseeing all aspects of our HR and workforce management, alongside the advancement of our people, culture and reputation. 

She brings a wealth of experience in communications, marketing and employee engagement, with a strong track-record of leading forward focused brand and culture strategies. 

The majority of her career has been spent leading in-house communications functions within housing and healthcare sectors, alongside experience working in retail, agency side and as a consultant. 

Sophie holds a BA (Hons) in Media Marketing and Promotion and a PR Diploma, as well as membership, awards and training certification with the CIPR and CIM.
