Expertise and experience
We have over 20 years of experience managing a clinical panel, which includes mental health services as well as outsourced physiotherapy, chiropractic, and osteopathy delivery. Your customers will have access to our nationwide network of more than 500 panel providers, through which we deliver over 50,000 treatment sessions every year.
To support and enhance our outsourced mental health delivery, in 2020 we began developing our own in-house team of mental health clinicians, drawing on our experience of successfully managing a national network of 300 directly-employed physiotherapists.
This team deliver a digital mental health service that will provide your customers with highly accessible treatments at a time and place that is convenient to them.
About our Mental Health team
Our team of highly trained CBT and EMDR Therapists is led by Mental Health Service Lead, Jeremy Christey, a counselling psychologist with over 35 years of experience. Jeremy has previously held senior positions at the Priory, Babylon and within private practice and education.
All of our CBT Therapists are BABCP accredited and our EMDR Therapists are qualified to a minimum of level 3. Our clinicians receive weekly protected CPD and supervision from our internal mental health experts, so you can be confident that your customers are receiving exceptional care.
About our mental health service
Ascenti is a pioneering, award-winning digital healthcare provider. By partnering with us, your customers can benefit from our digital in-house mental health service. This gives them the opportunity to speak to our therapists via video call, which enables early intervention and quicker access to care.
We'll ensure that your customers are always receiving with the most appropriate intensity and length of treatment, including therapy, guided self-management and self-management.
Our flexible approach to treatment and stepped care model means they can be easily diverted to a different treatment pathway when clinically appropriate.
Our comprehensive digital triage and assessment tool can be utilised before service entry, to spot red flags and determine the most appropriate treatment pathway.
Your customers will also be prescribed online self-care homework to complete in-between appointments and can log their progress online via questionnaires.
Should they require in-person treatment, we can refer them to one of our trusted panel providers who will oversee this type of treatment.
