In-clinic appointments moved to our virtual physio service

In response to the current risk of COVID-19 and new government control measures we are offering our patients appointments using our virtual physiotherapy service instead. 

In the interest of protecting the safety of our patients, employees and the wider community, we have now moved all in-clinic appointments to our virtual physiotherapy service. 

This means that your appointment with us will now be carried out using our video call technology through our patient app or over the phone if needed, where you will speak with your Ascenti physiotherapist. 

At the time of your appointment, please log in to our patient app and wait for your physio to call you. If you have any problems accessing the app please refer to our FAQs or get in contact with us. 

Given that we already deliver physiotherapy appointments online and a range of digital health services we are well placed to offer you this interim measure and are confident that you will receive the same great level of service. 

It’s important to us and you that we maintain our service and support you in progressing through your treatment plan despite the current situation.
