More about the area

Patient caseload

Working in the largest area of the network means you will get to treat a variety of patients from most of our contract providers. From patients that have Private Medical Insurance (PMI) like Bupa and Vitality to Occupational Health onsite physio at Heathrow Airport, you will experience an exciting MSK caseload, meaning each day will be different.

The clinics

Many of the clinics are rooms in office spaces like Regus, GP surgeries and gyms. There are a few sites with multi-room occupancy, meaning you can work next to your peers in clinic. Completing on average 5,500 appointments every month, you will be part of a team who are committed to delivering exceptional care to our patients.

The team

You will join a team of around 32 physiotherapists who have a range of experience. You will get to meet your manager, mentor, Physiotherapy Development Lead, and peers virtually and in-person on a regular basis. Despite the vast spread of clinics, the team ensure they feel connected by socialising outside of work and using technology to chat every day.

About your manager

Joining the business in 2021, Tino Ndhlovu is our Area Manager for the team based in this area. Tino’s favourite thing about working at Ascenti is the daily opportunity to serve people, whether it’s the physios in his team, patients, or customers.

By joining Tino’s team you will access a tight-knit support network that will stay with you every step of the way in your career with us.

A surprising fact about Tino is that he worked a few blockbusters as a stuntman, and if he could be any fictional character, it would be Black Panther.

“My passion for being a leader can be traced back to my childhood days. I love influencing change and being able to help others in that process. I have a great team and I am proud to be their leader.”

The Clinical Development Team

All areas have a Physiotherapy Development Lead (PDL) and Clinical Mentors that will support you in your development. In this area there are four mentors, and you will be assigned a mentor from the very start. You will have a lot of contact with your PDL and Clinical Mentor virtually and in-person.

"I love working on the training cycle to ensure all of the team get the support they need as a group and individuals. You will never be alone and will be part of a really supportive team of managers, mentors and PDLs."
