Finding our clinic

The Community Diagnostic Centre is located at the Asda Patchway Bristol store, to the right of the building. It is located on Highwood Lane in Patchway, some 5.28 miles north of Bristol’s city centre along M5, Junction 17, Cribbs Causeway. Use the following navigation coordinates for Sat Nav: BS34 5TL.

Buses stop at the Asda Superstore or on Pegasus Road a minute’s walk away, and Patchway train station a ten-minute walk down the road. 

Once you’ve arrived, please go to reception on the ground floor and let them know you are there for your appointment with Ascenti.

If you’ve not visited us before, we recommend arriving about five minutes before your appointment start time in case you have any issues finding us.

Parking 

Please park in the main Asda car park then on arrival at the Diagnostic Centre please enter you registration details in the parking terminal located at the reception desk.

Disabled access 

There is disabled access into the building and a lift to our treatment room on the 1^st floor. Disable parking is available outside the Diagnostic Centre. Please check with reception if you need to add your registration details in the parking terminal at the reception desk.
