Welcome to Ascenti Physio Cardiff

Our physiotherapy clinic in Cardiff is based in Sophia House on Cathedral Road. 

We offer a range of physiotherapy services including injury rehabilitation, sports physiotherapy, post-op care, pelvic health and pregnancy physio, home-working health checks, and online appointments. Our expert physios can support you with common conditions including back and neck pain, recovery from injury, preventative techniques, and the management of long-term conditions.

Finding our clinic

Our Cardiff clinic is situated in Sophia House at 28 Cathedral Road. The building is a shared office space and our treatment room is on the first floor.

It’s conveniently located 1.2 miles away from Caerdydd Canolog train station and 1.4 miles away from Castle Queen Street, with bus routes along Cathedral Road close to the clinic.  

If you arrive between 8.30am and 5.30pm, please report to reception and let them know you are there for your physiotherapy appointment with Ascenti. If your appointment is before or after these times, your physiotherapist will let you into the building. 

If you’ve not visited us before, we recommend arriving about five minutes before your appointment start time in case you have any issues finding us.

Parking and other info

There is no parking at the clinic but there is plenty of free on-street parking nearby. Alternatively, the nearest car park is at Sophia Gardens Cardiff (CF11 9XR) which is approximately 0.3 miles away.

There is disabled access into the building and a lift to take you to our treatment room on the first floor. We don't have disabled parking at the clinic so please see the parking options detailed above.
