Our physiotherapy clinic in Hammersmith is located in Assembly London, a business centre on Fulham Palace Road (A219). 

We offer a range of physiotherapy services including injury rehabilitation, sports physiotherapy, post-op care, pelvic health and pregnancy physio, home-working health checks, and online appointments. Our expert physios can support you with common conditions including back and neck pain, recovery from injury, preventative techniques, and the management of long-term conditions.

Finding our clinic

Our Hammersmith clinic is situated on the ground floor of Jetts Fitness, which is part of the Assembly building at 77 Fulham Palace Road. We are next door to the Guinness Trust building and opposite St Clements Dental Care and Super Choice supermarket.

The clinic is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from Hammersmith underground station which is on the Circle, Hammersmith and City, District and Piccadilly lines. Kensington Olympia is 20 minutes away and various buses stop close by on the same road as our clinic.

Once you’ve arrived at the building, go through the Assembly arch and the doors on your right. Press the Ascenti buzzer for your treatment room, then wait to be let in by your physiotherapist, who will come and meet you at your appointment start time.

Please note that Jetts Fitness operates separately to Ascenti and their reception team is not able to contact our physiotherapists within the building. Please ensure you use the Ascenti buzzer so your physiotherapist knows that you have arrived for your appointment. 

Parking and other info

There is no parking available at the Assembly. Pay by app parking via ParkBee and RingGo is available on Fulham Palace Road set in between the British Transport Police Headquarters building and St Augustine’s Priory Catholic Church, which is a few minutes away. 

Please note that bikes and scooters are not permitted into the premises. Bike racks are located at the front and back of the venue.

There is disabled access into the building and our treatment rooms.
