Welcome to Ascenti Physio Jaywick Sands

Our physiotherapy clinic in Jaywick is based in the Sunspot business centre on Brooklands.

We offer a range of physiotherapy services including injury rehabilitation, sports physiotherapy, post-op care, pelvic health and pregnancy physio, home-working health checks, and online appointments. Our expert physios can support you with common conditions including back and neck pain, recovery from injury, preventative techniques, and the management of long-term conditions.

Finding our clinic

Our Jaywick clinic is situated on the first floor of Sunspot, a landmark business centre on Brooklands on the seafront at Jaywick Sands.

It’s conveniently located with a bus stop just outside the business centre and more stops along Brooklands and Lotus Way. The nearest train station is Clacton-on-Sea which is around an hour's walk away.  

To access the car park and building at Sunspot, please press 21 and then 'Enter', so your physiotherapist can let you in. Once you enter the main building, make your way to the first floor using the stairs or lift. Then walk down the corridor to unit F14 which is our waiting room, and wait there until your physio calls you for your appointment. 

If you’ve not visited us before, we recommend arriving about five minutes before your appointment start time in case you have any issues finding us.

Parking and other info

Free private parking is available at Sunspot behind the building. If you are travelling by car, please ring number 21 on the buzzer and say you are visiting for your physiotherapy appointment with Ascenti. The barrier should raise and you can go through to the rear car park.

There is disabled access into the building and our treatment room on the first floor, and disabled parking is available in the car park.
