Our physiotherapy clinic in Leeds is based in Regus City West Business Park. 

We offer a range of physiotherapy services including injury rehabilitation, sports physiotherapy, post-op care, pelvic health and pregnancy physio, home-working health checks, and online appointments. Our expert physios can support you with common conditions including back and neck pain, recovery from injury, preventative techniques, and the management of long-term conditions.

Finding our clinic

Our Leeds clinic is situated on the first floor of the Regus office in Building 3 of Leeds City West Business Park. The Regus building can be accessed via The Boulevard just off the roundabout from Gelderd Road. If you are driving, press the Regus button at the barrier then follow the road round to the mini roundabout, where the Regus building will be on your right-hand side. 

Please note that Apple Maps has problems finding our Leeds clinic, please use Google Maps instead.

It’s conveniently located with bus stops along Gelderd Road a five-minute walk away, and Cottingley train station around thirty minutes away.

Once you've arrived, please report to reception and let them know that you are visiting for your physiotherapy appointment with Ascenti. If no receptionist is available, please head to the first floor and take a seat on the green sofa until your physiotherapist calls you for your appointment. 

If you’ve not visited us before, we recommend arriving about five minutes before your appointment start time in case you have any issues finding us.

Parking and other info

There is a parking space designated for Ascenti patients within the Regus car park. If our space is not available, please park in another visitor’s space and let reception know when you arrive.

There is disabled access into the building and a lift to take you to our treatment room on the first floor, and there are three disabled parking spaces in the Regus car park.
