Welcome to Ascenti Physio Luton

Our physiotherapy clinic in Luton is based in Futures House on The Moakes.

We offer a range of physiotherapy services including injury rehabilitation, sports physiotherapy, post-op care, pelvic health and pregnancy physio, home-working health checks, and online appointments. Our expert physios can support you with common conditions including back and neck pain, recovery from injury, preventative techniques, and the management of long-term conditions.

Finding our clinic

Our Luton clinic is situated in Unit 2 of Futures House, a community building off of The Moakes in Marsh Farm. The clinic is round the corner from Luton North Police Station. 

It’s conveniently located with bus stops just outside on the same road as Futures House, and Leagrave train station a twenty-minute walk away.

Once you’ve arrived please don't go to the main entrance. Instead go through the black metal gates and head to the right side of the complex, where there is a door next to a PIP Assessment Centre sign. You should also see the Ascenti logo in the window. Ring the bell at the time of your appointment and your physiotherapist will let you into the building.

If you’ve not visited us before, we recommend arriving before your appointment start time in case you have any issues finding us, however please be aware that there is no waiting area for you to wait inside the building. 

Parking and other info

Free parking is available at the clinic until 5pm, please make sure you are in the visitor car park and not the staff parking area.

There is disabled access into the building and our treatment room. There is a designated disabled parking bay but this is usually prioritised for clients attending their PIP Assessment in the same building.
