Our physiotherapy clinic in Boro is based in the Boho Zero office block on Gosford Street.

We offer a range of physiotherapy services including injury rehabilitation, sports physiotherapy, post-op care, pelvic health and pregnancy physio, home-working health checks, and online appointments. Our expert physios can support you with common conditions including back and neck pain, recovery from injury, preventative techniques, and the management of long-term conditions.

Finding our clinic

Our Middlesbrough clinic is situated in Suite 11 on the second floor of Boho Zero at 21 Gosford Street, the same building as the Home Office Reporting Centre. 

It’s conveniently located with Middlesbrough train station a three-minute walk away, and buses stop on Queen's Square round the corner from the clinic. 

Once you’ve arrived, please let reception know you are there for your physiotherapy appointment with Ascenti.

If you’ve not visited us before, we recommend arriving about five minutes before your appointment start time in case you have any issues finding us.

Parking and other info

There is no free parking at Boho Zero, but there is on-street pay and display parking outside and around the building, or at the Zetland multi-storey car park on Station Street (TS1 1RS) which is a five-minute walk away.

There is disabled access into the building and a lift to our treatment room. There is no disabled parking at Boho Zero but you can park nearby as above.
