How to find us by car

Directions if coming from M6: At junction 28, take the B5256 exit to Leyland/A49. Turn left onto Leyland Way/B5256 and continue to follow the B5256. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Canberra Road. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Church Road/B5248 and continue to follow the B5248. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Fox Lane/B5248 and go over 1 roundabout. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Leyland Lane. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Leyland Lane/B5253. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Southport Road/A581. Turn left onto Lydiate Lane/B5250 and continue to follow the B5250. Turn right onto Doctors Lane and the clinic will be on your right hand side.

Parking

Parking is available in the clinic car park.

Other transport options

Buses stop on Doctors Lane near the clinic.  There is no nearby train station.

Disabled access

There is disabled access into the building and treatment rood. Disabled parking is available in the clinic car park at the front of the building.

What to do on arrival

Please report to reception on arrival and let the receptionist know that you have arrived for your appointment with Ascenti.
