How to find us by car
Directions from M6 Leave at Junction 28 of the M6, then take the B5256 into Leyland/A49 towards Euxton. Turn left onto Leyland Way/B5256. Turn left onto Bent Lane. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Heald House Road/B5248. Turn right onto Wigan Road/A49. Turn right onto Runshaw Lane. Turn left onto St Mary's Gate and Euxton Medical Centre will be 200 yards on your left. The clinic is located opposite Euxton Tiles.
Parking
Free parking is available in the medical centre.
Other transport options
Buses stop near the medical centre on Wigan Road and Euxton Train Station is a 20 minute walk away.
Disabled access
There is disabled access into the building and treatment room. There is one designated Blue Badge parking bay within the medical centre car park.
What to do on arrival
Please report to reception on arrival and let the receptionist know that you have arrived for your appointment with Ascenti.
