Our physiotherapy clinic in Southampton is based in Cumberland House, the Regus building on Grosvenor Square.

Finding our clinic
Our Southampton clinic is situated on the ground floor of Cumberland House in room G01. We are in the Regus office building at 15-17 Cumberland Place on Grosvenor Square, and the entrance to the building is on the Ring Road (A3024) opposite Watts Park.
It’s conveniently located with bus stops nearby on Handel Road, Commercial Road and Above Bar Street. Southampton Central railway station is a 12-minute walk away.
Once you’ve arrived, please let reception know you are visiting for your physiotherapy appointment with Ascenti.
If you've not visited us before, we recommend arriving about five minutes before your appointment start time in case you have any issues finding us.
Parking and other info
There is limited pay and display parking on Grosvenor Square. Alternatively Grosvenor Square multi-storey car park is just up the road, or there is Grosvenor Square North car park a couple of minutes away.
There is disabled access in the building and our treatment room on the ground floor, with a ramp at the main entrance.
