The ‘Ascenti V.I.P (Values in Practice) Employee Awards’ take place at the end of the year via a virtual ceremony or in-person event. The awards are based around the business values – Caring, United, Pioneering, and Dependable.
Staring in 2021 the employee awards scheme is an opportunity to celebrate and recognise the incredible work that Ascenti staff do throughout the year. This year over 280 nominations were made with a total of 94 trophies being awarded and over 300 employees joining the ceremony to celebrate.
Since October 2022 employees have had the opportunity to nominate their peers for an award, and a judging panel made up of employees from all departments choose the winners anonymously.
Employees were awarded bronze, silver and gold for each department including Physio and Mental Health, and Business and Customer Support Teams. The winners took home an engraved personalised trophy, a £50 John Lewis voucher and an invite to a special gold winners dinner that will take place in 2023.
