We have been partnered with Vitality since 2019 and deliver a revolutionary digital musculoskeletal physiotherapy service to their members, who can quickly access care through the online Member Zone, complete a short digital triage and book directly into Ascenti’s virtual clinic diaries, with same -day appointments usually available. The service has demonstrated consistently strong patient outcomes, and a high net promoter score.
This digital to end-to-end service is gold standard for the industry and has helped us provide patients with more than 6 million minutes of virtual physiotherapy from our network of over 300 clinicians nationwide.
The COVER nomination also recognises our award-winning physiotherapy app, Ascenti Reach, that provides patients with a digital assessment, a tailored exercise programme, educational resources, and the ability to talk to an Ascenti physiotherapist whenever they like. Our data shows that 86% of app users would recommend it, with half using it five or more times a week.
