As the UK’s established leader in the provision of digitally-enabled physiotherapy and MSK services, we have been recognised for our industry-leading Digital Health Strategy and the impact this has had on our business.
In 2018 we introduced digital triage, online booking, virtual appointments and our patient-facing app, and have since been providing a digital end-to-end journey for patients. This has been hugely significant during the coronavirus pandemic and enabled us to adapt quickly and continue treating patients remotely when our in-clinic services were paused.
These nominations also reflect our best in class clinical governance framework, innovative internal workflow systems and the unrivalled training and development opportunities available for clinical staff.
HealthInvestor UK is a leading magazine and website for investors, operators, lenders and advisors focused on the health and social care sector. Their awards programme promotes excellence and recognises outstanding contribution to healthcare within the independent sector, and their annual ceremony is one of the most prestigious events in the industry’s calendar.
CEO of Ascenti, Stephanie Dobrikova, commented: “We are delighted that Ascenti is a finalist in two categories at this year’s HealthInvestor Awards.
“We have been investing heavily in our Digital Health Strategy for a long time and are now able to see the significant positive benefits this is having on our treatment outcomes and patient experience, which is now a more important conversation than ever given the coronavirus.
“We are looking forward to attending the ceremony and hearing from other leaders within the healthcare sector.”
Originally meant to be taking place this month, the awards ceremony has been rescheduled for September.
