As the world adjusts to new norms, we’re adapting the way we work and enhancing our safety measures so that you can feel confident when you send patients to see us or step into one of our clinics.
Having carefully reviewed government guidance and regulatory advice relating to COVID-19, we have been able to scope out a safe and phased approach to the reopening of our in-clinic services starting from Monday 1 June.
In person appointments will initially be prioritised and subject to availability given that we will be reopening our clinics in stages. We will also be continuing to use online and video treatment where we can and feel this will work well.
Before this crisis we were established leaders in digitally-enabled MSK physiotherapy and we have now successfully treated more than 30,000 patients through videocall appointments. This experience has taught us that for the right people, online physiotherapy can provide equally effective and sometimes even better treatment results.
We also know that in our new world many people are now preferencing remote options, so this will remain an important component of our services moving forward.
As a CQC registered provider and trusted partner to the NHS and more than 400 businesses, we are committed to practising rigorous standards of governance, quality and safety, which you can learn more about here.
