The partnership allows Simplyhealth members to directly book physiotherapy appointments with Ascenti online, and claim back the cost of treatment as part of their plan.
With 300 physiotherapists and a portfolio of 300 clinics nationwide, Ascenti has the largest directly-employed physiotherapy network in the independent sector and offers Simplyhealth quick and convenient access to high quality care and treatment across the UK.
Customers who have cover available on their plan can book appointments through the Simplyhealth portal and app and claim back the fees from their physiotherapy pot. Those who aren’t covered can still access discounted physio with Ascenti via the same booking route.
All members who book in for physio treatment will be offered complimentary access to the Ascenti Physio app, Ascenti’s award-winning self-management platform that has been used by over 240,000 people to support their recovery in-between appointments. The app provides users with expert advice, guided exercise videos, in-app reminders, and feedback and progress tracking, and people who use it report significantly better outcomes than those who don’t.
