The new service includes digital triage, appointment booking, virtual consultations with Ascenti physiotherapists and online exercise prescription, helping members to access the treatment and support they need at the touch of a button, 24/7 and without the need for a referral from a GP.
The service is fully integrated with Ascenti’s bespoke patient workflow system meaning that Ascenti physiotherapists are providing Vitality members with video exercises, tracking their progress and adjusting rehabilitation programs accordingly to provide them with a fully integrated digital care solution.
Ascenti’s expertise in digital services, coupled with their own in-house digital triage solution and revolutionary patient facing app underpins the new partnership, which will enhance and improve the existing digital health solutions currently available to Vitality members.
