Your physiotherapist will use this information to understand your needs, determine the most appropriate next steps in your care, and assign a bespoke treatment plan where necessary. We may use digital tools to assist in this process, but all decisions about your care are made by a qualified clinician.

We also analyse aggregated and anonymised health data to help us evaluate and improve our clinical pathways and digital tools. This analysis never affects individual decisions about your care.
