We have your best interests at heart, so any lifestyle changes that we know will make a difference to your condition will be discussed with you. 

This could include advice about adjusting your exercise routine if you are sporty, maintaining a healthy weight or moving around more. 

We appreciate that it’s not always possible to make major lifestyle changes, but your physiotherapist can help you to find realistic ways of managing your issue on a daily basis and when at work.
