Senior Regional MSK Physiotherapist

Job description

Are you an experienced MSK physiotherapist looking for your next step?

Join Ascenti, the nation’s most loved independent MSK physiotherapy provider and a trusted partner to hundreds of public and private sector organisations across the UK.

Advance your career

With more than 25 years of experience, Ascenti offers you the opportunity to advance your career and thrive as a clinician. With three or more years of clinical experience, you will manage a diverse 100% MSK caseload, including office workers, private medical insurance customers, NHS patients, and those with accident-related injuries.

As a Senior Regional MSK Physiotherapist, you will support patients by providing continuity of care when their usual therapist is away, preventing unnecessary delays and maximizing rehabilitation outcomes. Additionally, you will facilitate the wellbeing of your colleagues by providing essential cover.

At Ascenti, you will have access to cutting-edge technology, tools, and an award-winning learning and development platform to enhance your clinical skills. Our support structure, including the Area Manager, Physiotherapy Development Lead, and Clinical Mentor, is designed to set you up for success in your day-to-day clinic activities and support your long-term goals. If you aspire to run your own practice, Ascenti can pave the way.

Pay and Progression

We value your hard work and commitment. Ascenti offers a guaranteed annual pay review and a tailored approach to your development as a senior clinician. You will have opportunities to evolve your MSK expertise and explore unique career avenues through hybrid/virtual clinics, new services, specialisms, or advanced practice opportunities. With the growing demand for our services, exciting opportunities are just around the corner, including potential moves into management or other business areas.

Thrive in Clinic

You will work autonomously, free from administrative burdens, thanks to Ascenti’s digital systems and dedicated customer hub. Our modern online tools ensure you stay connected with our nationwide community of over 300 clinicians.

Culture & benefits

You want to use your valuable time and skills working for a business that puts patients first. Half of Ascenti's Executive Board are physiotherapists by background, which keeps the needs of patients and clinicians at the heart of the company ethos (just check the Trustpilot reviews).

Ascenti can explore ways to ensure that this role supports your livelihood, whether that means flexible, part-time, or condensed hours.
